Are KNOBWELL door locks secure?
Yes. KNOBWELL provides door locks including single-bolt, double-bolt, privacy locks, channel locks and other types. They meet US household standards and are made of solid zinc alloy or stainless steel. Some models have anti-pry and anti-collision designs, which are safe and reliable.
Will the KNOBWELL lock fit my door?
Our door latches fit most standard US doors (1-3/8" to 1-3/4" thick). Fitting dimensions and installation instructions are listed on each product page. If you're unsure, contact customer support for help.
Are installation accessories and instructions included?
Yes. Each door lock set includes the required screws, installation template, instructions and accessories. No professional tools are required, and ordinary users can install it by themselves.
Can it be used for left and right opening doors?
Yes. Most of KNOBWELL door locks are designed to be reversible and suitable for left and right opening doors. The handle direction can be adjusted as needed during installation.
Do you provide Keyed Alike service?

How to rekey?
Currently, most KNOBWELL mechanical locks do not support DIY rekeying. If you need to replace the key, it is recommended to contact a local locksmith.
Will the finish on a door lock age?
the brass finish is coated with a hard-wearing lacquer to protect the product. (please note, all finishes are prone to ageing.)
How is the quality of KNOBWELL door locks?
All KNOBWELL products must undergo rigorous laboratory testing before release, such as salt spray testing, impact testing, rain testing, etc. Only products that meet ANSI/BHMA certification will be released.

How to confirm the handle size?
You can choose based on the hole spacing (center to center distance, usually 3", 5", 6-1/4", etc.). If you need to replace the old handle, please measure the old hole spacing first to see if it matches
Will the handles/hinges rust?
The surface of KNOBWELL products is electroplated or sprayed, which has good anti-rust performance and is suitable for use in most climates. It is recommended to avoid direct exposure to extreme humidity or salt spray environments.
Does the hinge have a mute function?
Some of our hinges use ball bearing design, which is more durable and effectively reduces the noise of door opening and closing. Suitable for bedrooms, study rooms and other spaces that require silence.

How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?

How can I track my order?
the tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order has left our warehouse.
our virtual assistant can provide the status of your order. enter ‘order status’ and when prompted enter the order number and order email address. if the order has shipped you will also receive the tracking number.
Can I cancel my order?
The order can be cancelled before it is shipped, but it cannot be cancelled once it has started shipping.If you have any queries regarding your order, please do contact our customer service team via service@knobwellstore.com.
My order has arrived and is damaged- what do i do?
Firstly, we are sorry you have received a damaged item. Please contact our customer service team at service@knobwellstore.com. In order to determine the actual problem and resolve the situation effectively to your satisfaction, kindly provide the following information where applicable:
– Sales Order Number (if known)
– Full description of the product including finish
– Images of the faults including a short video of any non working parts
– Confirmation of where the product is installed
– Full details of the problem you are experiencing
How do i get the estimated delivery cost?
