All return & refund requests are accepted.
Please contact us by message or e-mail service@knobwellstore.com,if you need return & refund, and we will offer the return address and instruction.
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure your returned items meet the following criteria:
Original Packaging
Items must be returned in their original packaging with proper packing material to ensure they are not damaged during return shipment.
Uninstalled Condition Returned items must be uninstalled and in unused condition.
Notice:
◆ Please check the items and accessories once you receiving KNOBWELL package, and if there's any quality problem or item missing, please do contact us within 48 hours, and we will arrange refund or replacement as you need.
◆ If there's no quality problem or item missing, customer need undertake the return postage; Once receiving the returned product, the refund will be made immediately;
