I like the shape and everything!
Good quality product. Looks great with the finish.
Liked the flat ball design which helped to modernize our home. The knobs do not show fingerprints and easy to keep clean. This was a DIY project and knob part of installation went smoothly but strike plate needed to be filed out a bit to accommodate the new plate. Not a tough job, just took a little time. We also bought the matching non-locking knobs for the closet doors.
Door knobs look nice, but it drives me crazy that it locks when it's in the horizontal position instead of the typical vertical position. Also keep in mind that the strike plate and latch plate are square, not round as most are. I made it work, but you can see some gaps where the previous one was round. You can see in the pic that the strike plate looks tarnished or stained. Not all of them were like that. Overall they worked for me because we needed to quickly change them out on a rental home.
Updated my friend’s door knobs in her recently purchased home. Instructions came with the knobs and were actually great and informative with illustrations. Install was a PAIN but not the product’s fault at all. The holes for the insertion of the center piece (the part you put into the edge of the door) were oval/round on her doors and these are square. Needless to say me and the wood filer became really close frenemies. (Wish I could’ve found the dremel but no idea where that went) Just fyi to check that out ahead of time or have a dremel handy in case you need to make minor adjustments. The knobs themselves were a perfect fit (round things fit in round holes) Strikeplates fit perfect and I love that they have a little white plastic part to fit inside the hole. (Makes it very clean/tidy looking) The handles are bigger/more substantial in the hand than the ones I replaced. Very smooth turning and most importantly no wiggles/jiggles/weird noises. They even shut quietly with no loud “click” when the stopper tab/latch thingy, enters the strikeplate when you shut the door. Very very good instructions came with these. First time installing handles/strikeplates and no issues (aside from the wood filing thing, but again not a fault of the product)
